Review: First of all I congratulate the author for writing such a philosophical and beautiful concept for the debut fiction. I really like the title and the cover of the book which suits the story. It’s something different, Salil loves the shadow of Alya. The author had covered all the relationship beautifully whether daughter’s relation with her parents, whether daughter’s relation with his father or with her professor or with the neighbor was very nicely drafted. The story has a flow which continues till the end. I enjoyed reading each and every part of the story. Each and every character of the story narrating their point of view and in the end mother sum up the whole story with a different perspective was the highlight of the story. “I really liked her approach. There is no coincidence, It is always planned”
There are no mistakes as such only thing was the story was a bit slow. One cannot easily enjoy until one reads the first few chapters. After Aalya’s entry the story holds its grip and it becomes interesting. Those who really want to know the approach of a human being towards his life and want to closely examine the relationship can read this book for sure. It is not a pure love story but contains all the elements which makes the book interesting to read. All the best Vipin for a lovely concept.
